Keyless Building & Room Access
One of the things that makes us unique is our self-guided check-in process, which eliminates the need for onsite staff or traditional room keys. Once your booking is confirmed, you get a secure access code via text message that gives you access to the building and your room, so can come and go as you please.
Local Gym Access
At Kinn Milwaukee, we provide complimentary 24/7 access to our onsite gym. Located in the lower level, it is furnished with several cardio machines, free weights, Yoga mats, towels and more. Just use your room entry code to gain access to the gym.

Self-Serve Laundry
You never know when you might need to wash one of the few outfits you brought with on your trip. Messy eater? No problem. Worked out harder than normal? We got you covered. Our self-serve laundry is accessible 24/7 and has multiple high efficiency washers, dryers and detergent for your convenience.
Electronic Baby/Child Monitors
Just like at home, you’ll be able to keep tabs on the kids while they sleep as you sneak off to the shared kitchen to prepare a morning cup of Joe, make lunch, or watch a little tube in the common space. We also provide pack-and-plays upon request. Both items are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
FOUR-LEGGED GUESTS WELCOME
We have several dog-friendly rooms in our Downtown Milwaukee Guesthouse. With hardwood and tile flooring throughout, messes cause us a little less stress. We provide dog bowls for your convenience. The fee is $65 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets per room. Please let us know during booking whether your best friend will be “tagging” along.
